About Sound Leads

Sound Leads provides a career-profile, résumé parsing, job-discovery, and application-organization platform. Sound Leads is not an employer, recruiter of record, or employment agency acting on an employer’s behalf. We do not guarantee job availability, interviews, hiring decisions, salaries, or placement.

Free and optional paid services

Creating an account, building a profile, reviewing résumé extraction, and exploring available listings are offered without a subscription charge. Optional paid features, when enabled, include bulk application review preparation and application tracking. A paid plan may be offered at $9 per month; the exact amount, taxes (if applicable), billing interval, and renewal terms presented at checkout govern your purchase. Paid functionality may be unavailable during testing or service setup.

Applications and external employers

Job information comes from employers or third-party listing providers and may be inaccurate, expire, or vary by location. Review job qualifications, compensation and employer authenticity independently. A saved or queued application does not mean it has been submitted. You must review application information, complete employer sign-ins and CAPTCHAs, and confirm that a submission was made. Do not share a password across unrelated employer websites or use Sound Leads to misrepresent your identity, experience, or qualifications.

Accounts, résumés and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and have the right to upload any document you submit. Review and correct résumé-extracted details before using them. Do not upload malware, impersonate others, submit misleading material, abuse the application system, or attempt to bypass security restrictions. You remain responsible for the accuracy and authorization of applications you submit.

Subscription and cancellation

If you choose paid membership, your subscription renews at the interval disclosed during purchase until canceled. Where enabled, use the Stripe customer billing portal to manage your subscription, payment methods, and cancellation. Cancellation normally prevents further renewals while paid access continues to the end of the current paid billing period. Access to paid features ends when the subscription is no longer active. Availability and service limits

Features and external job sources may change. We may suspend access for security, fraud prevention, legal requirements, or serious misuse. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party employer systems will permit a particular workflow.
