Sound Leads operates a career-profile and job-application organization service at soundleads.tech. For privacy questions, corrections, or requests concerning account information, email info@soundleads.tech.

Information applicants provide

When you register or use the service, we process account information (such as name, email address and password credentials), contact details, uploaded résumés, employment and education history, skills, job preferences, search locations, saved jobs, application notes, and application status. Some information may be extracted from your résumé. You should review autofilled fields for accuracy before saving or using them in an application.

How information is used

We use this information to provide applicant accounts, résumé extraction, job matching and search, application organization, account verification, support, billing, and security. Job listings may come from third-party services. Following an employer link takes you to a separate service governed by that employer’s practices. Sound Leads does not submit applications to employers without the applicant completing the employer’s process.

Service providers and AI

Our website runs on WordPress and hosting infrastructure. Service providers may process limited information to deliver hosting, email, security, job discovery, and subscription features. If optional AI assistance is enabled, it requires the applicant’s consent for that interaction. The platform’s built-in résumé parsing can operate without sending the raw résumé to an external AI service; if an enhanced AI extraction option is offered, it is separately consent-based. Avoid entering passwords, identity document numbers, financial account information, or other sensitive details into the concierge.

Payments

Stripe processes payment methods, subscriptions, receipts, and billing management if paid membership is enabled. Sound Leads receives subscription identifiers and status information needed to manage access; card numbers are entered on Stripe’s secure payment pages, not into the Sound Leads profile form.

Storage, security and retention

Applicant records and résumé content are stored within the site’s WordPress-managed systems. Access is restricted through account permissions; no online service can guarantee absolute security. Records may be retained as needed to provide the service, maintain transactional records, investigate abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, contact the email above; we will assess requests subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements.

Cookies and site analytics

WordPress uses cookies and related technologies for account sessions, login security, and essential operation. Analytics or marketing integrations, when enabled, may also collect usage and device information. These integrations and their settings may change. Contact us if you need details about a specific tool used on the site.

Choices

You may review and correct information in your profile, stop using paid features by canceling your subscription, and request assistance with your account information. Third-party employer platforms are separate; contact them directly about information submitted through their sites.
